Integrity is not just a buzzword and I believe that having high ethical standards builds trust and trust forms the bedrock of any successful partnership. From my early career in the private sector through to working with a Russell Group University understanding the unique needs of clients, candidates and colleagues has been vital. I translated this approach into my business model. The ability to listen, comprehend and tailor solutions based on individual requirements has been instrumental in establishing lasting partnerships.

At the heart of my business philosophy lies a steadfast commitment to exceeding client expectations. Last year I took the opportunity to mentor a student as part of the SistersIn programme as well as helping individuals with career dilemmas or a listening ear to a client who is facing challenges within their business, having my own business has enabled me to give back and can be a vehicle for effecting positive change.
